Status for major IT projects, second half-year 2014

17-04-2015 News UK

Twice a year, the Danish Council for IT Projects publishes a status for the timetable, budget and benefits realisation in major central government IT projects.

Status reporting is one of the assignments that has been performed by the Danish Council for IT Projects since its establishment in 2011, when the first of now 47 risk assessments of IT projects was also carried out.

The status report for the second half-year of 2014 concerns 23 ongoing projects which were launched after 2011. The Council gives all projects a traffic light on the basis of deviations from the planned timetable, budget and benefits realisation. In this status report, one project received a red traffic light, six projects received yellow traffic lights and the remaining 16 projects were green.
